Arcade Boss is made by AB Labs, Inc. This page says what we collect, why, and who we share it with. Effective September 7, 2026; updated October 7, 2026.
Your account. An email address when you sign in, either by a code we email you, through Sign in with Google, or through Sign in with Apple. With Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture; with Apple, your name the first time and either your email address or a private relay address Apple forwards to you. We use them only to create and sign in your account. We never see or store a password.
What you make. The messages and screenshots you send our AI developers, the games they build for you, your arcade's layout, the reviews and scores you post, and your friends list.
How you play. Which games are played, how long, and high scores, so the arcade can pay out coins and rank games.
Credits and purchases. Your credit balance and the record of how it was spent. On the web a payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details; in the iOS app purchases go through Apple. We never receive your card details.
Technical data. IP address, browser type, device type and server logs, used for security, capacity and fixing bugs. Product analytics about how features are used.
Storage on your device. We keep your sign-in token and a few preferences in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Notifications. If you turn on notifications in the iOS app, we keep your device's push token so we can tell you when your game is ready or a friend invites you.
To run Arcade Boss: sign you in, build and host your games, pay out coins, show your arcade to visitors, and email you sign-in codes and guest passes you ask us to send.
To keep the service safe: prevent abuse, enforce limits, and investigate problems.
To improve it: understand which features are used and where players get stuck. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Service providers who process data for us and only on our instructions: hosting (Railway), transactional email (Resend), sign-in (Google and Apple), payments (Stripe and Apple), push notifications (Apple), product analytics, and the AI model providers that generate games from your messages (such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, through OpenRouter). What you type to an AI developer, and any screenshot you paste, is sent to those providers to build your game; your email address and account details are not sent with it.
Other players. Games you ship, your arcade's name and layout, your player name, your reviews and your high scores are public by design. Unshipped drafts stay private to you.
Legal. If the law requires it, or to protect our players, our service or our rights.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can sign out of every device from your profile, and delete your account and its data yourself under Profile → Delete account (or by emailing the address below). Shipped games that other players have copied or licensed may live on in their arcades. In the iOS app you can turn notifications off in Settings at any time.
Arcade Boss is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date, and for material changes we will tell you in the arcade or by email.
