I sometimes like these types of threads and some times i hate these types of thread, but since ive only just opened it im going to give it a chance, what i say on this thread is only my opinion please no body take it for offence.
Capital Punishment
There are currently 78 Countriesand territories worldwide that have retained the right to use the death penalty. In 2003 according to Amnesty International 28 of those places killed 1,146 prisoners. A further 2,756 where sentenced to death in 68 Countries.
I dont think our governments are doing enough to help this situation!

no , We need to start executing more on death row. too many peeps end up dying of old age from all the appeals. I do believe in the death penalty but only for the cases that have undisputable evidence that the person is guilty of the crime. i also believe entering this country illegally is a death penalty case  |

| I think some cases definatly need to result in the death sentance instantly , such as serial Killings. I think that if a person comits murder, he should have to do a 20year Sentance and then at the End he should have to face the Death Sentance, The pain woul be a lot more Brutal to live in high security jain knowing death awaits! Gives you tme to think about the crime and go through the notions. |
