It looks like the old version that was Maxi Boost finally got knocked from the list! Tekken 7, DBZ and Blazblue Central Fiction all benefited from the exit of that game. Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax Ignition saw an update in April which may have boosted ALL.Net P-ras' popularity at least temporarily.

It seems that April marked the start of the SANCTUARIUM update for Dissidia Final Fantasy which explains the resurgence in popularity of the game. We also see the arrival of a NEW GAME!

It's called Kancolle Arcade! It was also launched on April 26 so it could have risen to 2nd or even 1st had it been released earlier in the month! It's the anthropomorphic ship game where you customize your schoolgirl/ships to fight these other anthropomorphic sea monsters!
