My two favorite female artists right now are Adele and Rihanna.
Both amazing artists, listen to them all the time.
My all time fave female artist is Stevie Nicks.
She speaks Japanese and English along with native Korean and has recorded songs in Mandarin Chinese.
and she has accomplished a lot in her career already:

Man it's really hard to pick a number one.
Hmm, some I like are Rihanna, Ke$ha, Delta Goodrem, Adele, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Pink and Shakira. There are soooo many others but these ones come to mind. Maybe Rihanna or Delta for #1
