Woke up to no snow...as I'm driving to work, the further I go its going from rain to sleet and now to a butt load if snow....weird how I get all rain and 25 miles away there is six inches of snow

just thinking about what has transpired over the past few days on the site with reguards to the boss of the month issue,surely it is only right that the 2 who battle it out month on month should continue to do so.

the reason i say this is because i would not feel i have achieved a higher position for the month cos players lay off the wins they normally get.

i urge you all,not just the top 2,but everyone to play true to the site and what it represents.

im sure the 10 or 11 are really gonna step assdie so i can win it lol,and even if they did,it would not feel the same as getting it by running them into the ground as opposed to getting it handed to me.

there has been enough rubbish flying round here fr a week or more now,and i for one would like it to get t back to the way it has been in the past.

i mean would the all blacks or liverpool football team step to one side and let a lesser team beat them cos they havent got a chance?

i think not,so lets nail this and carry on as we mean to reguardless of who wins the botm,and play with honesty,and let the squabbling end.

this leader board the way it stands at the moment is not right,and im asking everyone to give 100%,i sure every gamer on here wants honesty and nothing more.

if it continues this way month in month out,for me personally.will not be the same,and eventually the appeal of competition will disappear.

sort this out guys for the good of the site,and the honesty of the gaming world on here.

Well to be honest - I only thought of the idea 'give someone else a chance ' because...

a) It would be nice to see a new name as BOTM
b) I was fed up of seeing things like: 'the same people win' or the 'it's same 2 every month'

I understand what you are saying kiwi,and you have a good point - maybe this could be one that goes to a vote or poll?

i think the best thing for everyone to do is just play...and if you dont feel like playing a lot in a month...DONT ANNOUNCE IT TO THE WHOLE SITE LIKE YOUR DOING EVERYONE A FAVOR...i get sick of seeing people tell everyone their not gonna be around this month, and then of course that ego gets in the way, and your there all month getting hundreds of trophies...if you want tp play, ply...if you dont, dont...but lets just play

Yes that is why I felt it best I didn't respond to the comments directed at me in the shout box, if I said OK I'll step back then I thought members here would feel the same way you have just expressed.
I didn't feel the need to express it in the SB, but when I was attacked by more than one member in the SB relating to BOTM, that's when I private messaged neeraffa about this situation and how I felt targeted to look bad and that rather a PM would have been ideal.
As far as I knew at the time he wasn't going to be here in January, so for him to say that it came across as rude and out of place, that is how I felt from my view.
To be honest, I liked the idea of someone else being BOTM.
I felt regardless of how I answered I'd look bad.
I never said yes or no, I said I'd love to see some members step it up and we will see what happens.
I love the competition here at Arcade Boss, it is by far the site with the largest amount of great players I have ever played at, I'm sure members wouldn't like it if I said OK I'll step back so another can have it, I've done it more than once in the past, but never felt the need to tell everyone.

I don't go for BOTM every month, but many months I do, and at the end of the day it's all about competition on many games.

To be honest I'm not playing much this month, it was my intention before all this came about last month, my two oldest kids are on holiday from school for all of January, and I start my new full time job in three days Very Happy

If anyone has any questions, or issues with me please PM me.
I have always tried to me a helpful happy member here.
I hope things can return to normal.
