It looks like Amusement Journal actually updated their lists ON TIME this month! 
These are the lists of the most popular arcade games in Japan for February 2010!
Top 5 most popular arcade games in conventional/non-dedicated cabinets:
1. Tekken 6:Bloodline Rebellion
Bandai Namco
2. Mobile Suit Gundam vs. Gundam NEXT
Banpresto
3. Virtua Fighter 5 R
Sega
4. Blazblue: Continuum Shift
Arc System Works/AMJ
5. Street Fighter IV
Capcom
Now comes the list for the most popular games with large/dedicated cabinets:
1. Mahjong Fight Club Reincarnation Garyu
Konami
2. Mobile Suit Gundam:Bonds of the Battlefield (Ver. B [2.09])
Banpresto
3. Border Break
Sega
4. Sangokushi Taisen 3
Sega
5. Taiko no Tatsujin 13
Bandai Namco
The only change from last month's lists that I can see is that Konami's Mahjong Fight Club: Reincarnation Garyu has finally dethroned Banpresto's perennial overachiever Gundam:Bonds of the Battlefield in the large/dedicated cabinets' list.

That particular game does NOT stand anywhere in the top 5 conventional/non-dedicated cabinet arcade games.
Look at it this way; if Capcom's latest chapter in its most famous fighting franchise can barely stay in the list; what chance does something more obscure like the latest game in the VS franchise have of cracking into the list?  |

It DID make it onto the list but of course Capcom's MUCH more famous Street Fighter IV pushed it off the list the following month when it was officially released to arcades. |
