A new movie was finally able to break through to the top spot this past box office weekend according to the studio estimates! It was Disney's Princess and the Frog to no one's surprise. 
The family-friendly film was able to grab approximately $25 million at the box office! It was also notable for being the first 2D traditionally animated film to be released from Disney since 2004's Home on the Range.
