I assume since they managed to find their way to this site that they are reasonably technically competent with finding files and then uploading them. My best guess is that they don't care since they're too busy playing games. After all, why upload an avatar when your main objective is to play the games?  |

You'd be surprised how many times people post in the shoutbox asking how to change the "picture thingy".
