need advice

If I were to get a game console, which one would you recommend? It has been a while since I have played video games so I am not sure. All opinions are welcome. Thanks for the help.

If I were you I would get the xbox 360 with live. Get games like gears 2 call of duty and halo 3

I like the Wii. I've always liked the Nintendo games a lot, so the Wii is best for me. Also, you can buy additional software over the internet with the Wii, to get old school titles like Mario Bros 3 and Bubble Bobble.

Nintendo Wii
Have kids? Get a Wii.
On a budget? Get a Wii.
Not a super-hard-core gamer? Get a Wii.
Super-hard-core gamer? Get a Wii. Cool

Xbox 360 has a much more expanded game selection but it does have some bugs. Playstation 3 wins with it's integrated Blu-Ray capability, but wait the 360 has teamed up with netflix you can watch 30,000 titles on the 360. Dont know how much the PS3 on line carries should be close to that or more.

What ever one you go for it's a win win for you.

I agree with AB 100%!!!! I love my wifes' Wii! I love Nintendo games!

I like the playstation franchise for whatever reason i have just always bought their games/systems. I think ps3 is best for sports games and i love sports games. So if your into madden, nhl, mlb and more go ps3. If your into shooting games i would go 360. If your just looking to mess around and have some not to intense but more relaxing fun, go wii

have kids-wii, but the game quality has dropped it seems to me-wiisports, wiiplay, wiifit, and rayman are the only games we play on it now

xbox360-like some games on it, but not enough to warrant buying the system

Ps3-blurayplayer, large game selection, and i've always liked their controller

dunno but buy whatever one your friends have so you can borrow a few games before you buy some-see what ones you want to own

I think it is to small compared to the xbox controller in my opinion.
