They're awesome. I came across one that's a Mario movie trailer if it was a modern indie film. Pretty funny.
Just not sure if I can post it here... but it's by by Joe Nicolosi and on youtube if interested.

i have been watching a bunch of these...they are pretty good...this one is for the mario kart movie trailor....there is also one that is "super mario bros:jersey shore...it was pretty funny

Those videos by Remi Gaillard are definitally my favorite.
