South of what? Were were you born?. Why do you say the south is better?
All areas in the world has its shares up ups and downs. I was born in central California / Lake Isabella area very beautiful and peaceful up their with out the LA rat race I couldnt live their now would be to slow for me. I grew up in the San Fernando valley the weather can not be beat in the summer time.

| Bit difficult for people to answer as we are from all different countries. For example im in the UK, I was born in the North East but now live in the North West. |
