I posted this first as a new thread on the support forum but have copied it into this sticky in the hope that someone can resolve my problem quickly.
I am not a gamer but have registered to help my husband out. He regularly plays as Jipdog but a few days ago he asked me to change his email address. I entered it wrongly and now he is locked out because the authentication email has gone to an invalid address. I am in trouble!! Can anyone help me by setting his email back to the original one or message me to get the correct address. I tried sending private messages to arcadeboss and LalinGouki but they haven't seen them yet. My husband had the highest score in 9 ball pool and doesn't want to have to register again. |
