The correct procedure is to PM ArcadeBoss.
The fact that it might take him a while to look at it doesn't change anything. It will be looked into once it has been mentioned.
Anyway, most of the claims of cheating are bogus anyway, but that doesn't mean ArcadeBoss won't look into it. |

I'll just add here that should someone be suspected of cheating, we have many various methods of investigating the issue. We will always get to the bottom of a cheat, and should the need arise, we will if necessary ask for video proof of any such particular score achievements.
